Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Safely2Prosperity, which is a prominent healthcare infectious-disease risk-management innovations company. Through his treasure trove of knowledge, he has been an indispensable leader in the organisation, offering advanced technology feedback and solutions.
Having gathered expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, big data, cyber security, artificial intelligence, and strategic planning, his company has grown leaps and beyond under his firm leadership. He set out on a path of knowledge when he enrolled in Potsdam University for a Bachelor's degree, where he majored in mathematics and computer science. He also did a minor in psychology, which could be one of the reasons he can understand his team's needs and become an effective leader who nurtures everyone around him.
Having completed his master's degree in Computer Information Science from the prestigious Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, he has always wanted to transform the ever-growing information technology sector. Additionally, he holds three honorary doctorate degrees from different universities. He also has emeritus chair trustee and emeritus member status at two different universities. He is a lifetime Upsilon Pi Epsilon and Epsilon Delta Pi honour societies member. In his view, education is the cornerstone of growth, which is why he established three forever-endowed higher education scholarships.
Guided by his education and commitment, he started his first job at IBM Federal Systems as a staff programmer and worked there for seven years. He then became the Chief Technological Officer at Loral Space Systems, managing all IT contract services, LAN/WAN support, disaster recovery planning, workstation support, application development, and cyber security operations.
Afterwards, Haden started working at Lockheed Martin for almost 18 years, where his expertise took the company to staggering new heights. He was the Vice President of research and technology and led the charge in the sector as he managed the technology portfolio and innovation centres globally. He was also instrumental in facilitating cross-company collaborations and strategic partnerships. He contributed significantly to STEM/STEAM strategies and global speaking engagements.
Previously, he was the vice president of solutions engineering, where he managed solutions and services product lines, focusing on cyber innovation and technology operations. He spearheaded technical operations and strategic partnerships in Big Data, Cloud Computing, and other domains. His leadership advanced the company's capabilities in Agile and service management.
He was the engineering lead and CTO for a product line serving the US Government's civil domain. This expanded his horizon to new domains, and he channelled his vast expertise to excel even further as he became responsible for new business technical solutions and engineering performance delivery. His efforts paid off as he became a driving force for innovation and supporting high-visibility programs.
He subsequently established Haden Land Household Care Provider in 2015, an HHA/CNA household company that hires, trains, and manages nurse aids to assist in the high-level care needs of the elderly.
From 2015 to 2017, he was the President of Cyber Security and Information Technology at HAL Consulting, where he provided expert consulting services in cyber security and IT. He collaborated with clients to enhance their security postures and IT operations, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions to complex technological challenges.
Now at Safely2Prosperity LLC, he is on the CTO/CISO/CIO as an Advisory Board Member, and he oversees the development of a comprehensive, automated infectious disease management Safety Program. As a strategy lead, he magnified the platform's vaccination, testing, and exposure-tracking capabilities. He led efforts to ensure S2P's solutions met the highest standards of innovation and reliability.
