Anna Vasyutina

Anna Vasyutina is a consultant, director, CEO, accountant, lawyer, manager, financial specialist, planner, and investor. She undertakes extensive consultancy work across various sectors, including telecommunication, banking, technology, mining and coal, oil and gas, retail, and commercial operations for client organisations. She was published in Forbes magazine India-Dubai in 2022. Currently, she is authoring her first book, which is derived from her life's journey through business, psychology, and transformation.

Anna was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, to an affluent family that found prosperity in entrepreneurial and investment ventures. However, the shifting socioeconomic dynamics led to financial setbacks. Anna then tried many avenues, like singing, acting, modelling, and advertising, in the USSR, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Paris, and London. While schooling, she saw an inclination towards business and investment. She says, “Circumstances do not define success; the unwavering determination to rise above them truly counts.”

Excelling in academics and developing enthusiasm for languages, art, and mythology, she learned French, Italian, Spanish, and Latin, in addition to her native Russian. Due to her parents' influence, she enrolled in St. Petersburg State University’s Law Faculty, though her heart was stuck on economics and investment. She also tried her luck in comedy and even participated in KVN (Club of the Funny and Inventive). 

After obtaining her Master’s in International Law, she started working with big companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Rusal, Mechel, Ritzio Entertainment Group, and White & Case. She then moved to Moscow, where she was involved in IT, Digital Marketing, and Real Estate, including  Sobha Estate and Damac Properties in various countries. She then obtained a Master's in Finance and Investment from Oxford University.

Anna has a total of 13 degrees, including PG Diplomas in Finance and Investment, Russian-American and UK programmes in F&I, an MSc in World Economics from the Higher School of Economics, a PG Diploma from the University of Padova, Italy; a Philology degree in Italian language, PG Diploma from St Georges International School of London; and Postgraduate qualification in Law & Economics from Moscow State Law Academy, Moscow.

She also obtained her postgraduate UK and US contract law certificate from the Law Centre of International Legal Education. She has an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick, specialising in marketing, strategy, consultancy, and change management. She recently received her financial course investment certification. She has completed several courses for the ACCA and CIMA certifications.

She is now the CEO of Dubai-based business consultancy Estas. Her solid vision and remarkable diligence have put her company on the pedestal of success. She has also successfully consulted on various business matters and case studies. She seamlessly manages the business’s day-to-day operation while also making plans for long-term goals. Finance and accounting also come under her purview. Besides being a CEO, she also serves as a consultant, director, accountant, lawyer, manager, financial specialist, planner, and investor.

Her company provides an array of ready-to-use business solutions and consultancy through its online store, such as business plans, business models, business consultancy, market research, and SWOT analysis. It caters to large, small, and medium-sized businesses, ranging from large companies to aspiring entrepreneurs and even startups and IT entrepreneurs. Based on her practical experience, she started recording relevant courses in 2021. She developed practical finance and investment ideas for a wide range of people and wanted to give her subscribers practical knowledge. 

Anna feels that her fluffy cats and kids are her big inspirations. Her mother is the biggest role model and inspiration in her life. She is a well-organised, constructive woman who always gives good advice. Besides these, she is influenced by Donald Trump as a businessman, singer Madonna as a woman, and Oprah Winfrey as a Fanoys clever TV host. 

Anna describes herself as well-versed in communication, business, and other areas. She says, “I'm a very open-minded, truthful, and communicative person who likes to attract attention. I like people, and people like me.” 

Anna feels that the coronavirus is the biggest challenge she had to face. She recalls how getting new subscribers to her service platform became difficult due to the impact of the pandemic. She also recounts the challenges she faced as a woman in her career, which included racial and gender discrimination. But her resilience and commitment to become her best self were her north star, which guided her towards resounding success in her career. 

Anna firmly believes in harnessing the true potential of women whose role has evolved globally. She believes that women should never lose sight of themselves at work or in their personal lives. They have the power to reach great heights and should use their knowledge, skills, and experiences for global upliftment. She believes young women should pursue an MBA and read business and management literature. For this, she recommends authors like Peter Drucker, Richard Daft, and Philip Kotler to pursue a degree in philology. 

Regarding effective tools and methods, she is particularly focused on economics, general finance, and finance clarity, and she is open-minded about new knowledge and tools. She stays current with the latest industry trends by being updated with digital trends in marketing, digital marketing, etc. She thinks neuro networks are useful and positive for business, and general marketing is very good and positive. The future predictions for her industry, Anna feels, are digital marketing, online tools, and Facebook and Instagram social media trends.
